Colour representation

Every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately on the products as viewed on a colour calibrated monitor. In accepting our Terms and Conditions our customers take on the understanding that colour representation can differ from one monitor to another as can viewing the same image on a print.

Return and Refund Policy

• Wall Art

  All wall art products are printed to order, therefore unless the product is faulty, the artwork is non-refundable. In the case of an error in ordering please get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@pigmentsstudio.com.au (or via the Contact Us form) quoting the Order Number. The order can only be exchanged if it has not been printed.

• Handbags

  In case of a faulty product, please contact us by sending an email to info@pigmentsstudio.com.au (or via the Contact Us page) and provide as much description as possible along with photos. We will review the request and if deemed appropriate we will take necessary actions to remediate the issue.
